Ingredients
For the Salad:
  • 6 Cups Baby Spinach
  • 250 gr Strawberries Halved
  • 2 Whole Avocadoes Diced
  • 100gr Feta Lightly Crumbled
  • 1 Cup walnuts, Lightly Toasted
For the Dressing:
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine spinach, strawberries, diced avocados onto a large serving platter.
  2. Arrange the feta and toasted walnuts evenly across the top.
  3. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
  4. When ready to serve, pour dressing lightly over the salad and serve.
