• 500gr Coarsely Ground Chicken
  • 1 Egg (lightly beaten)
  • 3 Tbles Mayonnaise
  • ½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
  • Salt to Taste
  • ½ Tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • ½ Tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Medium Onion Finely Chopped
  • 3 Tbles Chopped Coriander
  • ¼ Cup of Flour
  • 2 Tbles Oil
  1. Add all the ingredients except oil in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until everything is well combined.
  3. Let it marinate in the fridge for a few hours
  4. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Form the mixture into cutlets and lightly flatten with the back of a spoon.
  6. Cook for about 3 minutes on either side.
Serve with a Green Salad and Coriander and Lime Mayo Dip
Grind chicken fillets in a food processor in order to get a nice coarse texture.
